Mieczysław Groszek, PhD - Vice-Chairman of the Executive Committee
President of the Board of BRE Leasing Sp. z o.o. Graduate of Work Economics and Social Economics at SGPiS [now Warsaw School of Economics (SGH)] in Warsaw. He completed his doctoral courses in the years 1974-1977. Author of many scientific publications. He has worked in Bank Własności Pracowniczej SA (now Bank Nordea Polska SA), as Vice-President of the Board. From 1992 to 1998 in Polski Bank Rozwoju SA he worked as the main economist of the Bank, Member of the Board, Vice-president and President of the Board, in that order. From 1998 to 1999 Vice-president of the Board of BRE Bank S.A., responsible for managing the assets. From 1999 to 2001 Managing Director and later President and Member of the Board of MHB Mitelleuropäische Handelsbank AG Deutsch-Polnische Bank in Frankfurt. President of the Board of BRE Leasing Sp. z o.o. since January 1, 2002. Since 2003 a Member, between 2004 and 2006 Vice-chairman and since 2006 Chairman of the Executive Committee of ZPL.
